San Fernando Valley Professional School is a unique college preparatory private school, dedicated to ensuring that its students achieve a strong academic education, while enabling them to meet their professional goals.

As an accredited member of Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) we provide a complete comprehensive educational program from elementary through high school. Many of our students are actively working in the entertainment industry as actors, singers, musicians, dancers and athletes.

Our students are able to benefit through traditional instruction of class lecture and discussion, group projects, field trips and peer socialization.

Without our unique and innovative school, many of these students would be forced to get their education through an on-line source or independent study. Due to the demands of their schedules the typical public and private schools are not able to offer a workable program, which meets both their academic and professional requirements.

The flexibility of class schedules and our open-enrollment policy adds great diversity to our student body. For example, during the pilot season (January – March), students from all across the United States come to Hollywood for auditions and/or filing. We are able to integrate them into the necessary classes, so they can continue with their course of study during their stay. This diversity in our student body creates a unique learning environment, as students from different parts of the country have the opportunity to come together and share their experiences.

We at SFVP School strongly believe that the arts are an integral part of the learning process for individual expression. Many of our students past and present are either pursuing or involved in the fine or performing arts. We embrace and encourage those students, as they further develop their talent in pursuit of their dreams.
